You're right and wrong. Homosexuality isn't (from myunderstanding, mind you) a choice. You're right in saying you love who you love, etc., but these feelings toward the same sex are caused by a sort of chemical brain imabalance type of thing. That's my understanding, any way. It isn't a choice, so you can't tell homosexuals they made the wrong choice.

God made Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve! TIme to feel guilty if you're gay! Or if your name isn't Adam or Eve! Or if you aren't of African descent! (The first humans were black, after all.)

Ok I think we should stop with the post that are basically showing the same thing, how ignorant the person is for putting this topic up here... because there r soo many ways to put it but I think everyone got the point including the person who wrote it [hopefully].

Now let me get into something... Now let's get into sum of the religion stuff. The bible was written for those in their time, yet the morale in it still pertains for this time and many generations to come... to help us coup with new things coming up in this world. The Bible does help Christains on their decisions, morals, and values. Now numbers and things in the Bible are exaggerated, and some stories are not true, that is why not everything should be taken word for word. And Adam and Eve, they are not real. It was a story written by the Isrealites (I am not sure what race but correct me if I am wrong) to try and show the history or their people. Trust me on this I take Bible study.. Now God yes he did create everything...but He shall reign again and evil will be abolished. Now here is where it gets mixed up.. you are not going to hell for the simple fact that u are a homosexual. It's because of the actions u partake in it (i.e. women having "sex" with women etc.). Now I am not the judge nor is anyone but God, so when I say that it is just to get facts straight on a belief.. and point this out b4 I see posts saying that just because someone if homosexual they are going to hell because no one knows that. I accept homosexuals 100 percent and it is sad the criticism and hate they have to go through because of ignorant or even close-minded people. They are people and they should be able to have a good quality of life just like anybody else on this earth.

The bible only means something to people who believe in and follow it so keep your preaching to your own kind. Christians do NOT control the world(or america). The Bible couldn't get get any clearer on this subject.

God says that they will pay for their immoral acts. I'm not saying we need to go out and kill or jail all gays or lesbians. We need to be loving toward them in trying to correct them as a parent corrects their child... with love. As for those people that say that it is a chemical imbalance, it is true that this can sometimes be an issue in which a man might have irregular levels of estrogen (yes men have some estrogen and women have some testosterone) and visa-versa for women. But this does not mean that they should fall in love with some one of their same sex. There is no scientific test that shows that people are born gay or straight. It is a choice and a sinful choice for those who choose homosexuality. But I want to make one VERY BIG POINT. Those of you who are "gay bashers" and then turn around and go have sex with someone of the opposite sex outside of marriage is just as guilty and in the wrong as those that are gay.
