Alright guys, I havent been online in a while to check this out but it seems the longer I stay away the dumber people get. Okay for Amaris, I just want to say you have no grasp of reality I hope you are not a christian because obviously you do not read the Bible. But then again in pretty much any good book it makes some reference to this but since I am a christian I can only quote one for sure. In the bible it says, "Thou shall not lie with mankind, as with woman kind :it is abomniation" (Leviticus 18:22), and just to make sure how severe the Bible refers to this I go just two chapters beyond where it says, "If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman,both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them" (Leviticus 20:13). So for those idiots out there that say there are not reasons ***** are wrong then you need to take that statement and shove it especially if you are a christian. My goodness some people have no grasp of reality!!!!
Well, humanity is the favored species, having dominance over animals, ect.Gays and lesbians don't seem to be trying very hard to keep the race producing.
Why is homosexuality wrong? No one has given me an answer, except God made Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve, or something stupid like that. But why would God care who you love as long as you are happy? Why can't anyone come up with a good answer as to why being gay is wrong, if people feel so strongly about it?
All people deserve their rights, despite their sexual orientation. None of us should judge anyone else becuase we do not agree with the way they live. Christians should know that only God should do the judging. So...treat everyone equally and stop the hatred and anti-homosexual behavior.

i personally think homosexually is good becuase my best friend he is Homosexual and i love hiim to death and i wouldnt change him for anything in the world! I would rather have a million gay guy friends than 1 straight guy friend just because gay guys and better to talk to about gurl problems and they are better listeners! Hey Everyone! I agree with Gemini, its the 20th century we dont need to be finding stories and quotes before 1000AD. I think Princess Monica should justify and give reasons to her statement. Its one thing to state an opinion out of the blue, two to back it up with reasons. If your living in the 20C and you still dont treat or believe everyone is equal then your going to have a tough life. Stating homosexuality is wrong, is the same as saying being white or black is wrong, it is the same as saying every Muslim is wrong. Its stereotyping, and it is their way of life(ex colour). I gather your way of life is more justified then alot of other people though? One question that I doubt your answered PrincessMonica is that have you tried stepping into the shoes of a homosexual? All these bibical referances are true of course and it is wrong by my Christian beliefs but really "put in prison"? It also says in the bible to forgive and not to be prejudice. Even though it's wrong you shouldn't shun people or treat them differently, that's wrong too. Just live with it, forget it, and don't do it if you think it's wrong. Maybe mention politely to someone you know like that what it says in the bible but don't be cruel to them.
I am really sick of you ppl quoting verses from the bible that say "god loves you" and then saying that it doesn't say that He won't love u if ur a homosexual. I looked up some stuff in my Bible, and these are real, take a look if you don't believe me.

Romans 1:26-27~ "...God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for UNNATURAL ones......men committed INDECENT acts with other men...." the key words there are 'unnatural' and 'indecent'.

Princess Monica to say homosexuals ought to be put in prision is ridiculous. You make reference to Adam and Eve so I will assume(hopefully not wrongly)you are Christian along with others who have posted messages,as a Christian you have no right to judge these people and say they should go to jail. To say they belong in prision/jail is inhumane and stupid, to say that then it is safe to say you feel those who have premarital sex,lie,cheat,should be thrown in to? Nobody has the right to say these people will not go to Heaven, or they do not deserve life. That is God's choice not yours. You do not do the judging God does. These people have made the choice to either be gay or lesbian they haven't murdered anyone they are people too, with feelings and emotions just like you. We all sin, some in great amounts and some very little but it is still sin. Nobody has the right to act 'holier than thou' and say lesbians and gays have no right to live or won't go to Heaven. I think people are against homosexuality because they don't understand it; and Christians simply use the Bible to back up their beliefs because they cannot otherwise adequately support their argument.

Okay…I know what you’re talking about now. Actually, bondservants didn’t have their ears cut off…they had an awl driven through the lobe, like a primitive version of ear piercing. (Exodus 21:6, Deuteronomy 15:17) Also, bondservants were highly respected. Now please let me know how this supports your argument… as the existence of bondservants simply proved that there were humane “masters.”

Not today, as we now have different organizations and companies (debt consolidation companies…government protection) to help people pay back debt and to make sure it is all fair. These organizations simply didn’t exist back then… if somebody was in debt they had two choices: hope a jubilee year was approaching very soon, or slavery. (Although I can see it without these aids) So yes, you can say that slavery is outdated because there are now other ways to repay debt…but the same cannot be said for homosexuality because one was a command and the other was simply a guideline.
