funny i just read something about this...

"I say to you that if you are angry with a brother or sister, you will be liable to judgement; and if you insult a brother or sister, you will be liable to the council; and if you say, 'You fool,' you will be liable to the hell of fire."

Now where did I read that... oh yea, the bible (Matthew 5.22)

I'm frustrated with you and your lack of intellectual comprehension to make an intelligent post or topic and type correctly all at the same time. Oh wait, we might actually use a brain cell, I hope it isn't to hard for you.

I'm frustrated with the world, the religious world and what has become of it. I'm sick of bigots and mankind. Yep, that's right. I'm frustrated with almost everything.

God Screw America. Yes, that's lame. Sue me.

everyone has a right to believe in what they want to believe in. if every religion left each other alone it would be peaceful

Not a true Christian, no. I've never regarded myself as a true Christian. I grew up in a Christian environment, pressured by family to become "one of them"... I never really did. I'm not sure what to label myself, or if I really feel the need to be labelled, but I'm pretty sure I'm not an atheist.

Maybe you're non-denominational, or Unitarian. Hell, maybe you're a Deist.

christianity is supposed to be about love and acceptance of other religions yet they are ones against any other religion and discriminating almost anybody that's NOT christian. I never understood that. Of course most monotheistic religions do that. They preach love and peace and have wars to promote their beliefs.

hypocritical huh?
Most people who represent the cross really misintepret it's meaning and go overboard
( example: spanish inqusition, crusades, witch trials, etc)

I think often times people who claim to be Christians don't a very good job representing the religion. They act like anyone who currently is a different religion is a hopeless case and will indefinately rot in hell. Well, often times that is what many Christians are raised believing. However, if you read the Bible you will see that we are supposed to try and help people of other religions by setting a good example, by witnessing, and trying to convert them. If you avoid them, and insult them, what good are you doing?? Confused

First of all, I don't like how you type. But in regards to your little run-in with the religious bigot.. I think it's ludicrous.

And I'm a Christian. Well, not willingly. I don't care for religion, but it seems that a majority of man needs religion as something to cling to.. to give them faith, make them believe there's a higher purpose.. somewhere. Humans are a miscalculation made by nature, an error in an equation that keeps it from being balanced.

I'm not a total skeptic though. I'm certainly still living my life like I have a purpose. Futile as it may be.. :]

I think...That, one "CHRISTIAN" can misrepresent his entire religeon and scare multiple people away. I heard someone say in school "Anyone that isn't Christian should just get the f**k out of America." And someone replyed "Yeah, they can just all burn in hell"

I mean, come on..I don't know anything about religeon, and I don't want to a lot of the time because of things like this..

Better an educated fool than a moronic lemming.

Not that all Christians are moronic lemmings.
