This is pointless, in a way. But a few hours ago I saw someone very dear to me, this person I was totally in love with back in 9th grade, a relationship that ended in disaster, pain, etc (but I'd never trade it for the world; she was - and is - too brilliant, too amazing for words).

ANYWAYS, I see her today because my old highschool class went out, and she said hi. And I DID say hi back, but I surprised myself with a hint of bitterness in me voice. And I probably rolled my eyes and did the :/ look. I don't feel bitterness towards her at all, in fact I look up to her.

So, to all the girls in the world, I just want to say, us guys don't know how to communicate properly when it comes to body language. Us geek guys, anyways.

Or maybe it's just me.

(PS: This song is beautiful, because it's about missing someone and yet accepting that there's a chance you'll never see them again, or that you'll be with them again, and yet then again you might, but that you should wait for things to happen when they want to, or when they should. Life's unpredictability makes it so -- graceful, I guess.)

Ugh I just kind of put this because I was so disappointed in myself. I really need to learn to communicate properly. I mean, 93% of communication is non-verbal and I suck at that, and I mumble a lot so 2% of what I say is interpreted correctly. So I just wrote this as a way to look back on myself.

Such a good song though.

It's funny that you think most girls don't know that. A select few guys can show how they really feel around girls, it must be a chromosome or something. Your post was sincere and to me, that's something fresh and unseen in urban california. Thank you for the burst of originality.
