Hello everyone, I'm new to this board. I was wondering if it was illegal for a close friend of mine [female; 16] to be dating a man the age of 20.

I have heard that this can lead to up to twenty years in jail but I would like to know for sure, for their legal safety that is.

Please state whether it includes sexual acts, and to what degree. (Making out; Sexual Intercourse, etc.)

I did a google search (I typed in "age of consent") and the first site on the list was this. It tells the age of consent for both genders for almost everywhere on the globe. This whole search took my 30 seconds and literally 3 mouse clicks.

To the best of my knowladge, it's only illegal if it involves sex or something close to it. Making out, as far as I know, is just creepy, not illegal.
