He is a jounior at the high school i got to and i'm afraid that he is either gonna say i'm too young are take interest in some other girl. Can anyone who been in this same situation or anyone at least help me out?

I just want to add to be careful. if you really have never talked to him he could be a jerk for all you know. Don't depend on others for all your happiness. Learn how to make yourself happy too.

As yogore said, become friends first. Try talking to him and get to know him better. Find out his interests and see if you have anything in common. If you're crushing on him just because of his looks than getting to know him first is definately the best way to go. Try not to be too obvious about your crush though.
