it all depends dude. first, is she a hazard to herself or someone else? second, do you think that you can help her yourself if you are a friend to her? third, does she have a history of depression or mental illness?

be a friend, and don't do anything else. It's not your job to put her in therapy. Be kind and helpful, be there to talk to, don't preach to her.
