I went to this website with a picture of someone holding a knife to their wrist and it made me remember when I used to cut and I really want to do it again right now please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm afraid I'm going to hurt myself again, help me please!!!

i used to cut myself also. i saw it as an outlet. but a friend of mine made me realize that when its over,all thats left is the scars. and it only took away my pain temporarily. so know when i get that feeling that i want to do it again, i think of the friend that was there for me and what he had done. it makes the temptation go away^_^

i used to want to cut myself but i was to scread but then i would just pray and ask God to help me and he would . dont forget that God just wants to be your friend so next time yall think bout doing that then just go 2 God and all ears will be on u

man i knew sum1 who used 2 cut not a nice thing...i'm sick of all this school i feel so..bad and i'm tired of it. I feeel awful, i don't cut tho or ne thing i just feel bad, and now 1 of my best friend 4got 2 add me on their profile an di feel liek such an idiot..i kno it isn't a big deal or ne thing but it hurts

First off . Dont look at more pictures like that . I have a friend and she got over it , she still visibly reacts treambling and stuff when shee see's a blade and things like that but shes never cut again after that . And we are all so damn proud of her . Why dont you tell somebody a friend or whoever knows about it so that they can keep tabs on you .
I see u r a newbie and I hope you DO comeback . Incidentally there are a lot of dead and alive post on cutting you should read them .

You're only 14, don't destroy you're life and relapse now. There are gonna be times that you wanna cut yourself again, but you have to be stronger than that, and remember it ain't worth it. Just remember, if ya need to talk noise mail me.
