My vice principal, teacher, and I all agreed that I should see a therapist, it would be good for me to talk to someone. The only problem is that I don't know how to talk to my parents about it, they'll think it is stupid. Help!!
It's my time to fly...

i know that talking to your parents about therapists but sometimes you have to tell them things that they don't want to hear. I think that if you really believe that you need therap and you wnat to do it then its worth telling your parents if it they will think its "stupid".

I'm a firm believer that most problems are self-fufilled. For example, if someone tells you that you have ADD, for example. Slowly but surely, everything you do wrong, or when you don't pay attention to something, you'll think "Oh, thats because of the ADD", and not because you drank 50 million sodas before you went into the class.
I know if I tried to pull any of that "I am/have (insert the following: a homosexual/ADD/mentally challenged/ADHD/gothic/etc)" my parents would tell me to GROW UP, not go and find some way to prove myself right.
Look, if you've got a legimiate problem, then go to a psychologist or something. Just don't let people convince you that you have a problem when you actually do not.
