well, if her parents know of her condition (and are obviously denying it), then you could try and talk to maybe your guidance counselor at your school, so someone in that field that could sit her parents down and show them the extreme and reality to her situation. I wish you the best, and sorry I cant help you much.

The thing is is that back in December she was admitted to a hospital for this but it wasnt as bad then. Now she wont go back. Her parents know but the brush it off saying that shes "crying wolf but within the span of a week she overdosed twice and slit her wrist 4 time and they still havent done anything..her therapist wont even do anything they all think that its for attention and its not. She say the only reason she hasnt done it yet is because she doesnt want to make me have to live through that cuz I too am like her and have suicidal tendencies. Me and her are best friends even after dating and breaking up. I see her fight worse but this just keep getting to her. I've been and always be by her side helping her fight but its just scary know. She literally has saved my life and i dont want to loose her. She means the world to me.
How can you fight a battle you can't even see?

I'm so sorry about your friend. I know how you feel, just this last weekend my aunt admited shes suicidal, and we had to help her. Thats awesome that you are trying to help you friend, but I have to ask, do her parents know about her condition? If they dont, then you need to tell them (in a mature, responsible way). If they dont do anything from there, then you need to get your friend some medical help. We ended up having to take my aunt to a rehab center because she needed more help then we could provide her. This course of action might make your best friend mad, and I'm sure she'll be angry at you, but in the long run, its going to save her life. You sound like a great person, and I'm sure you want to help her to the best of your ability, but you cant really since she has pretty much already made her death plans. Email me if you want to talk...I'm here.
