Jesus is dead. It's a known fact. The question is whether God loves us all or not. Which I personally believe is complete and total bullshit.

Note: I said "possibly" crazed prophet.

Jesus loves everyone. Its true, whether you believe he is the son of God or not, Jesus loves you. He doesn't care if you are homosexual. Paul was the one who wrote Romans, correct (I could be wrong)? Paul is/was not Jesus/God, etc.

And you commended him for expressing his feelings, whereas most people would have let "Satan mold" their thinking. That's not exactly encouraging. My point is that Proud needs to realise that God loves him for who he is, and that just because he is homosexual doesn't mean he is being influenced by Satan. That was all I was trying to point out.

A good quote: "If God had wanted me otherwise, He would have created me otherwise." philosopher Johann Wolfgang von Goeth

What is interesting, is that I commended him for expressing his feelings, then I gave him advice from the bible. Greenleaf, I don't think you understand what you're saying. You are saying is all that matters is that jesus loves him. Where in the world do you think he learned about Jesus?! From a ebook? He learned from that so called "crazed prophet" through the bible. You're not making a lick of sense with this line of reasoning.

Bepell, do you want to have someone tell you that what is natural to you is wrong and will condemn you to hell? No, I didn't think so. This is a thread asking for help. You aren't giving help. Have you noticed that he said that sometimes he doesn't even want to live anymore? Yes, he did. I don't think you're helping. ALl that matters is that he loves Jesus, not what some possibly crazed prophet said thousands of years ago. Its called the progressive movement. You see, things get better.

Proud, be proud and don't listen to people who try and make you feel like you are sinning. You are not.

croyez:

In all due respect, what you're saying is contradictory. Why would God inspire men to write flee from homosexuality, and then turn around and say its okay. The bible hasnt changed, men and women have changed the context to fit their thought and justify their lifestyle.

Have you ever asked yourself: "Why do i believe, what I believe? Is it based on what my parents taught me? Is it based on what my pastor, teacher or father says on the pulpit or at church? You have to believe what the bible says, not what someone else says.

Proud_Christian. I commend you for expressing your feelings, when many people wouold bottle them up and allow Satan to mold your thinking. I want you to read this scripture: 1 Corthians 6:9-10;

"Do YOU not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God’s kingdom? Do not be misled. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men, nor thieves, nor greedy persons, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit God’s kingdom."

We as humans are in the same boat! If we are praticing any of the above mentioned things, we dont inherit Gods' Kingdom...period. Also it goes on to say (verse 11) "And yet that is what some of YOU were. But YOU have been washed clean, but YOU have been sanctified, but YOU have been declared righteous in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and with the spirit of our God."

So don't let anyone make you feel your worse that a person that is not gay. (in other words, a drunk has the same fate as a gay person)You must focus on washing yourself clean and declare yourself righteous

If you're a proud Christian, be a proud gay Christian. Raise awareness. Or, at least don't kill youself. Coming out to your church would be super hard, but just hang on for something better. Life will get better.

Hello,

I'am also a chirstian, and it's a big part of my life. and yet i believe gays should be able to marry.

I don't what it's like to gay. But i know how it fells to be friend less. i live ina small town. and i have been homeschooled my whole my life so i have not ment very many kids my age.

Like you said the bible said homesexuality is wrong. but then agian god made everyone how they are. god made every one special. If god did not really like gays/homesexuality people he would not have made them.

I Care alot about how people look at me. but i try so hard to over come it.

God is just an imaginary being that people use to make other people feel like shit. Ditch the bible and become athiest! It's the latest fashion!...Not.

Face reality, the bible is a scam. Don't listen to it. Be who you are and ditch the negative opinions.

You care because you're 15.

Let me just ask you this: How can your religion be a great part of your life if it's making you so unhappy?

By the way, any Christian who claims to have overcome his or her homosexuality is a liar. Straight-up.

Besides, God never said he disliked homosexuals. You're taking the word of men who've claimed to get information from God, but you miss the true message.

Ok. First off, let me say thank you for your comments. I am taking them into consideration. But let me tell you a few things:
The bible tells me that God dislikes homosexuality. God doesn't want me to be gay. He made Adam and Eve for a purpose. He wanted man to bond with woman. Man bonding with man is not normal, and God dislikes it. And you are wrong to say that I cannot overcome homosexuality, because it has happened to millions of Christians. There is a problem with the comment about me fitting into society and not worrying about other people's opinions. I don't know why, but I do care about what people think of me. I am a very sensitive person, also. I am just so confused right now...

You can't "overcome" homosexuality. Stop trying and wasting your energy on something that can't really be accomplished. The sooner you realize this the better. And instead of being stupid and trying to overcome homosexuality you should focus on your actual problems(like being depressed).

Besides, homosexuality cannot be overcome. Only hidden.

It's only hard to worship Jesus and be a homosexual if you conform to the rules of conservative Christians. There are plenty of gay Christians. And, (if you follow Christianity for its true purpose) Jesus loves everyone, and that includes you.

I'm pretty sure Jesus would say what most people would say. Be yourself, do no harm, and treat everyone with respect.

You're trying to hard to fit into society's mold of a perfect person. Be proud of your individuality. Don't let others get you down simply because they think you're "weird". Do their opinions apply to you? Simply because others think you're weird doesn't mean you are. Only your opinion of yourself matters. No one elses does.

And don't try to overcome your homosexuality. It'll just make you feel worse when you find it can't be done.

The more you know, the less you don't know.
