Right now I'm 17 and im dating someone who's 15, her birthday is in june mine in september so when i turn 18 she will be 16, we're residents of new jersey. My concern is, when I am 18 and she is 16, since 18 is considered adult and under 18 is "minor", will that mean it is illegal for me to date her? Or only illegal if we have intercourse and get caught (lol)
