one of my friends here at kidspeace may be leaving and going to childchens jail for minors and she means so much to me and i know i'll do something stuid and i need some major edvice from people please i don't know what to do or say

maintain calmness. life sucks. its a fact. when i was sorta suicidal a friend said something like this to me " through the pain and misery, you have to live for those happy moments, though often few and far between." its true. I wish you the best in life.
