when does the borderline start between a person ho counts calories and skips lunch,and occasionally makes themselves sick to a person with an eating disorder? v. confusing..please help... x

It seems that this person you are describing has a bit of an eating disorder. In my opinion, there are different degrees of eating disorders. I suppose it's fine to count calories to make sure you aren't eating loads upon loads of junk food. As long as a person is counting calories to stay healthy (as opposed to obsessing over his or her weight), it's okay. In most occasions, skipping lunch is not acceptable. Doing so to lose weight is especially unhealthy because our body needs nutrients. A person making themselves sick is really not good him or her. If you or a friend is suffering from all the things you've listed, I advise you to talk to a parent or adult. They want us to be healthy and happy. Remember, we are all created differently, and we are all beautiful.
