Hello all humanity. . . I am scared for what has happened in my life and what is about to happen to it. One thing is for sure is that my world feels like is going to crumble with so many problems that I am going to face in the future. What should I do?
I dont want people to question my tears and scars. . . .

Find a friend and confide in them. They would probably be able to help you a lot better than a bunch of people who don't know you. Even an acquaintance, family member, or teacher could be of help. Reaching out is the best thing you can do when you feel helpless.
The more you know, the less you don't know.
