An old friend who I got in a brawl with and is now an enemy is plotting a way to kill me or at least knock me out. Thats a definite. The guys a psychopath with the brainpower of a plank of wood.

I knew hed wanna take revenge after I broke his nose. Also I heard from a few sources hes gonna try and pull something. Today I got a phone call from him and hes acting like my friend and says he wants to meet up with me and talk about something.

Im playing the fool and letting him think im dumb enough to fall for it. I know for a fact he'll try to shank me.

Anyways I have a feeling hes gonna try and break into my house so Im just wondering if I should do something against him first. He lives with his friend and I can get him any day of the week.

It would be childsplay for me to catch him. Unlike me he lives on a pretty quiet street. A cul de sac. I live on a main road with heavy traffic going by all day and the odd car passes by all night. I dont want to do anything myself because I know the outcome will be somebody dead or seriously injured.

I have a plan. I'll lay low for a while and watch what he does and find out exactly what hes planning. If he does try to break into my house or even comes near my house heres a few options I have.

1.) The obvious is beat him with a baseball bat when he tries to get into the house. I dont want to do that because its most likely gonna be me they lock up. Im not to popular with the po's here.

2.) I have an Eskimo friend from Nunavut whos coming down for Christmas. This guys a complete mental case and he wants to buy some weed for cheap down here to send it back up to Nunavut.

I can give the Eskimo this guys number and tell him the situation so they will do a little business and most likely this guy will open his big mouth and say the wrong thing to the Eskimo and get hospitalised. Worst case scenario killed. I dont want the Eskimo to get in any trouble though so fuck that.

3.) I have a friend whos a cat burglar and literally sleeps under peoples beds if he has to. This guys dying to find addresses that he can hit. I could give him this guys address and most likely the guy im after will wake up and try to fight with the burglar and that will be the end of him. The problem with that is its his friends house and his mom and dad live there too. If anything went wrong someone could get killed. We dont want that.

Can anyone suggest a way I can guarantee this prick wont come near my house? Would I just be better off not doing anything and if he does make a move call the police or call some friends to come and help me?

Also I find construction stanley blades to be pretty handy. Not to mention its perfectly legal to carry them with you. Yeah thats the thing its only one guy. Its between me and him.

The best thing you can do right now is just stay out of sight and out of mind. But if he is relentless and tries to get to you regardless, here are some tips I picked up on the street.

If you can defend yourself in a fair fistfight, wear sunglasses to fend off the mace/spray. You might even want to invest in a scary looking knife to intimidate the guy - I carry a switchblade and it works fine for me in hairy situations.

If you are worried you are going to seriously injure the dude with a blade, try to carry a can of soda around at all times - untapped. The edges of soda cans are thin and hurt if used as a small club, simply grip in the hand and swing at the face or stomach with the top or bottom of the can.

Remember to fight only in self-defense, and preferably with eyewitnesses; not only is it a cliche karate motto but it helps prevent you from being arrested or sued.

Show him you mean business and you aren't afraid of him. Thugs like him thrive off fear. I would understand if it was an entire gang that was after you, then you have reason to hide. But if it is just this one guy, get in his face.

God... that sounds like my town. My suggestion is talk to the police, you said in a different blog that you're 20 so you could end up in jail if you did anything or was involved in any activity involvin the beating up of this kid.

I had the same problem from where I'm from we had this guy that wanted to kill my boyfriend (he was my bf's old friend) - we were really worried about it. We never went to the cops but we had to keep a watch on the guy to know what he was up to incase he tried to pull something.

Hmm yeah I'd suggest talking to the cops :P its your best bet
