my name is Tera, I'm 17 and having a crisis, my "bff" is a bully, she is always bullying me around and talking ot me like I'm the shit under her shoes, she's inconsiderate, selfish and she says things to diliberatly hurt me. we got into a fight today, she started screaming at me telling me to shut the fuck up before she knocks me out! She got pissed off at her boyfriend but she feels guilty taking it out on him so she takes it out on me, she says things to me that make me want to slip back into my old habits of cutting, and starving myself, what should I say to her to get her to understand? We live together, I got kicked out of my house at 15 and I was sent to FL by my mother right after I was raped, and I just came back and I am living with her. Her boyfriend is from Texas, and he came back a couple of months ago, since then she has made my life a living hell and treated me like I'm nothing. I don't need this, please help, tell me what to say or do to at least get through the next 6 weeks before I go and live w/ my grandma again.

Are you really sure she ever was a true friend? Do not go back to your old habits they would hurt you and make me feel terrible that you are doing them. How about you stay away from her and avoid her as much as possible. Take up new hobbies or volunteer opportunity's. If she gets mad at you again and blows up at you make sure you are located in a very very public place. This way people will see and possibly come o your aid. Also find new friends. Friends that may not be your first choice for friends, but will truly care about you and push you academically. Always here!
