I think technology, especially genetic engineering, will have advanced a lot which could have some interesting implications, but as for the general state of humankind I think we'll be the same as ever. That is if we haven't blown ourselves up or the comet hasn't hit yet. *Ahem* must think optimistic thoughts… maybe the Arab-Israeli conflict will be solved.
