Hi. I'm not a Jehova's Witness, and while researching this religion for a school project, I came across their doctrine regarding organ transplants. It said that organ transplants are considered cannibalism, and are not to be allowed in any way. I was stunned, especially since my best friend has had two heart transplants, and I have seen firsthand what an amazing gift they can be. Could you please explain to me this belief, because I'm curious, and don't want to judge this before I understand it. AND PLEASE NOTE EVERYONE: This is NOT the place to bash other people's religions. If you want to criticize this religion in any way, please either start your own thread, or do some online research first. Base your arguments on that, and include the link. Remember that a negative opinion not based on fact isn't opinion at all, it's conjecture and slander.
