Dante, by your ignorant "logic" the Bible doesn't state anything about Jesus in the Old Testament.
However, if you turned that ignorance into something useful, like um, intelligience, you would know that since God and Jesus are the same One, then in fact, Jesus was mentioned in the Old Testament, but like the Good Book says, there are many names for God.
It's so refreshing to hear people speak about subjects they have no clue about.

quote: In the Bible, there is no mention of "Mohammed" being a prophet, being sent, etc. In the Bible, Jesus Christ is God but in human form, so therefore, the same God I serve and worshp is not the same god Muslims worship.
By that logic, since there is no mention of Jesus in the Old Testament Christianity is pagan. The World Almanac of 1500 doesn't mention anything about 9/11/2001...strange

Fieldhockey, you one of the ones who don't believe in God or a god?
It's obvious, because if you did believe in my God, you would know that the Muslims' god isn't the same as my God.
Sure, both faiths have many names for their single God/god, but stop listening to the liberal propaganda.
In the Bible, there is no mention of "Mohammed" being a prophet, being sent, etc. In the Bible, Jesus Christ is God but in human form, so therefore, the same God I serve and worshp is not the same god Muslims worship.
To keep perpetuating this nonsense just makes you look more ignorant - and I don't say ignorant in a bad way; just telling you the facts.
Any other religious "faith" or "religion" that does not abide by the Judeo/Christian teachings of the Bible is a pagan belief system - therefore, Islam is a pagan religion.

Oops, yeah I kinda screwed up at that point, I guess I just wanted to point out that those who do believe that there is a "divine ruler" believe in the same singular person, they believe in the same god no matter what you call him, alah etc. Sorry 'bout that!

I don't believe in a god "one way or another". Your statement could use a little rephrasing; not everyone believes that there's a god out there.

Listen, god is alah in the arabic language, it is the same god, WE ALL BELIEVE IN GOD in one way or another, he the same, he is everywhere, he looks over all of us! God sent Muhammed as a prophet to the Muslims, it was at that time that they were lost, and that they NEEDED a prophet to guide them and restore their faith in god. THEN when the time was appropriate for Christians, god sent sent us Jesus, and we got lucky, we got the son of god for our prophet! Jesus helped us with our faith in god, just as Muhammed helped the muslims, they are not as different as you believe them to be! There should be no arguements ever over this, because bickering over differences that aren't even there is silly, it just creates hate and we can't hate. God doesn't want us to hate, we weren't put on this earth to destroy it with our hate for one another.
