The first snow storm of the season has hit the northeastern part of the United States, affacting all of the major cities. As of right now, Boston has the most snow, with around 16 inches reported. Lowell, MA, where I am, has about 16 inches but more like 22 inches from the wind. For a time we did have a blizzard warning Saturday night. The Weather Channel officially names these storms, which is the subject name on here. In 2001, the "March Lion of the Northeast" dumped 33 inches in my back yard. Any interesting stories about the storm, or snow in general?

NYC is up and running. The greatest city in the world is the thriving metropolis it always has been. I ordered Go Sushi last night at 3am and they were here in under 20 minutes! Only in New York, kids, only in New York.

16 inches is the most? NYT says there's 23 inches in some part of that state. We've got at least a foot here in Gt Barrington.
