SETTLING IN SEATTLE is a one-hour documentary about four teens from Iraq, Kosovo, Vietnam and Sudan who have made new lives in the Seattle area. Hear about the challenges they face overcoming American ignorance, learning a new language, finding work and living in a foster care situation. The film is available for community groups to use and comes with a discussion guide. Refugee Youth in America is a public education campaign which promotes the use of film, music and the arts to increase awareness of refugee issues in the U.S. for World Refugee Day.
