I'm assuming that most of you have heard of North Korea's sudden defiant stance against the U.S. recently. If you have no clue, here's an article: Bush's New Super Harsh Policy For North Korea ;P It's ironic, really: the Bush Administration is so obsessed with war on Iraq (I believe they're already sending in more troops), but yet when North Korea expells UN inspectors and reactivates its nuclear program, what does the Bush Administration do? Refuse to talk to them, and enact economic tariffs, the political equivalent of taking the phone off the hook and hoping the problem goes away. Strangely (frighteningly), part of me is starting to believe that an invasion of North Korea might be necessary (!!), but most of all, I think this makes the argument posed by those who support Bush's Gulf War II that Saddam is the biggest threat to us sound completely absurd. I'll post more, but now I want to hear what you guys think.

Sad, isn't it? Especially considering how all this really could have been avoided. *sigh* The Bush Admnistration got way too pushy on Iraq, and now they're doing this in N. Korea...which is ostensibly part of the "Axis of Evil." Zinni's right, this is bull.
