hmm...the little things...
reading a good book, taking a walk in the rain, swinging on a swing, listening to music, sitting inside with the fan on looking out the window during thunderstorms on summer nights...

and then there's that one MAJOR high for me...
like the song "i get high with a little help with my friends"
and it's so true for me. i get the best natural high from just being with the silly people that i know actually give a damn about me...it's keeping me alive...

Running and rolling down hills, and singing nonsense-songs at the top of your lungs. Those have got to be the most amusing things in the world.

Climbing the tree in your back yard, and realizing you didn't get any black sap on your hands

The best natural high that I have ever had is playing a fun, but hard game of basketball against a person that you don't really care for and having a great time doing it. Another natural high is just hanging out with your best girl friends at a sleepover and laughing so much and eating lots of popcorn and candy after finals.
Being tickled and just laghing your heart out is fun natural high.

Here are just a few:
Giggling
playing with my cousins
getting tickled
beating my stepdad at video games
going shopping for cds
having pictures taken of me and my family
swimming
flying in airplanes
petting my kitty, Pumpkin
wrestling with my dogs, Chip and Sadie
learning to drive
going on a date
getting my first kiss
and sometimes just climbing a tree and seeing the sun shine down on my face

Having your parents just come up to you and say i love you...it never happens to me so when it does it makes me so happy....or making a friend....2 things that havent happened in atleast a couple months....

I love bookstores too! Especially reading a really good book in a nice comfy couch with nothing but sweatpants and a sweatshirt on and a warm quilt to warm your feet while it's raining outside.

I would believe one of lives natural highs to be, teaching. No no, Im no teacher, but I am a Peer Educator for high school freshman. I taught my peers to be sympathetic to gays and lesbions along with sexual harrassment education. I'd always hoped that I had made some kind of difference and educated my peers but I was never sure until a student came up to me and said that I had done a good job and she has been watching the offensive words she used around others. I believe that was the most purest natural high I will ever experience in my life. Fellow NoiseMakers...it is a wonder what your words can do!

... Now this is going to be cheesy... But the first kiss I got from my boyfriend. (It wasn’t my first kiss ever or my first boyfriend, but it just meant something)...It all started as a joke and a ploy to get him to smile.. Oh! That’s another one! Being able to make someone I love smile when they are feeling a little down. You know, turning someone’s day around. But nothing can beat that first kiss. I was in such shock I didn’t kiss back... Oops. I still get hell for that. Oh well!

this is going to sound sorta corny... but u know when u were little and ur mom if u broke something she would just say, ugh, i got it, or ill fix it, and when ur 15 she still trys to do it??? it makes me happy when i can finally fix something on my own, or fix something that she couldnt, since shes ALWAYYYYSS right lol

Someone said sleeping? What I find best isn't sleeping, it's when you've just woken up from a really deep sleep and you feel sooo heavy and relaxed that it's like you've actually moulded into the bed. Like you and the bed are One. Especially when you know you don't have to get up.

Ooh, I love browsing in bookshops too! My local bookshop is really cosy.

I like the Christmas feeling too. Also the feeling when you're crying and someone you REALLY love comes and gives you a hug and it makes you cry more. Oh, and, of course, ADRENALINE! (snowboarding was previously said )
