OK, I may be getting a little out of line but I feel like making some NOISE. I personnaly know that Abortion is wrong but what do ya'll think?

I've said it before and I'll say it again, it is MURDER I mean, you're killing a tiny baby!!!!!

I don't agree with those who use abortion as a form of birth control - If you don't use a contreceptive, get pregnant, have the kid. If you're stupid enough to do that, you need to realise there are consequences - However, should a person this stupid have children?

I believe if you honestly know you cannot provide for this child, you cannot support it financially, you cannot love it with all your heart, you cannot give it the attention it needs, don't have it.

There are so many children in this world that are unloved already. Why bring more into the world?

There was a lot of propaganda, and still is, about abortion. I once saw a doctored video of a fetus running away from a scalpel. If you ever see that, I hope your smart enough to realise its not true. Another large misconception is that the fetus feels pain. Not true. Found this online:

Agreed, LinkinParkGurl. I don't think abortions should be made available to the public. People need to start taking responsability for their actions. But if the girl was raped or has serious helth problems, it wouldn't be right to force her to under-go that kind of trama, either physical or mental.

Some of you are going to say that it isn't right to kill a baby either. I've seen quite a few people protesting abortion because God might have had a plan for that child. However, I'm sure God has a plan for that girl, too. I should hope it doesn't involve being forced to become a mother at 13 or dying a horrible, painful death because her life wasn't considered to be as important as her baby's.

I personally don't believe in abortion EXCEPT when someone is raped and when pregnancy threatens health and/or life.

I think every person has a right to choose but I don't think abortions should be against the law or anything like that. If you have enough time to have sex then you should have enought time to raise a child.

I was raised to be 'pro-life', was even dragged to a few abortion protests with my parents as a child. Over time I completely changed my mind about the issue, though.

I certainly don't think that irresponsible sex should be condoned or without consequences, I simply don't think that forced pregnancy/labor/kid is a punishment that fits the crime. No matter how irresponsible a person is, that is no grounds for giving an unconcious organism that isnt even aware it exists, and with no free will more consideration and legal jurisdiction over their own bodies than they themselves have.

Abortion is the murder of a tiny child, a living human soul. I do not know one person, nor have ever heard of a person, who got an abortion was afterwards thought it was the right decision. not one.
You mess up. You go out and get pregnant. instead of taking responibility for your actions you murder the child you're carrying and instead of carrying them for nine months you carry the guilt of what you did, of that secret, your whole life.
Ok people, I just spent the past four months carrying a secret about what I REALLY wanted to do for a career, waiting for the right time to throw it at my parents. I lost 6 pounds, I started severe acne troubles, suffered nightmares and interuppeted sleeping patterns and lack of interest in eating and activities, because all I could think about was how they were going to take "I want to be a movie producer, but I can't afford to go to acting school so I'm gonna go into acting for afew years and get into movie stuff that way" and I'm surprised I didn't snap. Try to carry something as horrible as "i killed my baby" around for about 70 years. gosh.

I think that the act of abortion is wrong and I wouldn't take part in it, myself.

But I'm pro-choice because I think every woman in America should have the right to choose what they want to do. There are some situations where I think it would be okay for a woman to have an abortion (if there was a huge chance that she would die during labor, if she was living on the streets and didn't have enough $ to take care of a baby, etc.) In other words, I wouldn't do it but I'm not going to tell all the women in America that they don't have a right to do it. I really don't think the government should have a say in this matter, as it is a very difficult and personal choice for the woman. And if they make it illegal again, it's going to happen anyways. But it's going to be way more of a danger for the mother.

I didn't know that there were that many people who agree with me! Everywhere else I have ever put a topic reply or something, it has all come back negative! No offense meant, of course! Also, I am so, so, SO sorry for that "statement/opinion". It's just that when I write anything that I feel strongly about I tend to get a little carried away! I will rephrase it:

yes and no. i think that if a young girl has been raped, and she wants and abortion, she has the rite. she may not want to bring a baby in this world, with the father being a rapist.but if the girl got pregnant with out rape, then i think that if she didnt want the baby then she should give it up for adoption, instead of throwing a childs life away

i think it's totally wrong

i am kind of split on abortion i think it is wrong bacuse its killing someone just like your mum killing your dad but this child cannot defend for itself. also the child does not harm the mother so why should it be killed.
i am for it tho for women who have been raped and they get pregnant because if u dont want to have the child you should be aloud have a choice.
this choice has to be yes or no and also there should be a date in which the foetus can live beacuse if it can walk or swollow i think it has every right to life as us.

Here's the thing about that statement: I kind of agree with it. Actually, I totally agree with it. I wouldn't have an abortion just because I didn't want the child; if there were other factors, like money, or something, then I would have an abortion. But I don't think abortion should be treated as a type of birth control, because it's not. But on the flip side, if a women wants to have an abortion just because she doesn't want to have the baby, I'm not going to tell her that she can't, because it's not my right.

I agree too.

I have been around many ppl that have faced the option to have an abortion or not. Like my cousin she is pregnant but it is a risk to her b/c she has a half of heart and it is upside down, so she has like a 85% chance of not making it. She is going to try to have the baby but if she would of chose a abortion I would not blame her in that sort of situation. But just to have an abortion b/c you dont want the baby is wrong.
