Question:
I think that even though youth murderers should be punished, i dont think that they should be killed because, as teens who (for lack of a better term) they have "hormones raging" (i hate it when adults say that, but oh well) and they are "changing"....omg im talkin like an old person. anyway, they have a hard time making the right descision. and i know that they should be punished severly, but still, they need to be given another chance because of they're "state of mind"
