We gave Sadam specific orders to get out of Iraq (and we even kept extending it for the loser) or else we would invade. So, it was agreed that there would be a war if Sadam did not leave.
I don't recall it, and my teacher skirted around the subject when i directly asked, which makes me believe we didn't. So we seemingly were never at war with Iraq. OK, that is one pet peve of mine. We are not "at war" with Iraq, it is not "a war" in Iraq, it is now the "Occupation" of Iraq. Occupation is a dirty word, though

SoftballLauren we as Americans are the definition of spolied. We have it all and still want more. We take so much for grante. Take voting for a small example. We as Americans had to fight for our indepedence and the right to govern ourselves. For the last Presidental election only half of American actually voted.
