I'm gonna call... but not ask for just aids. I'm going to unload my mind of world problems on him. He wants the whitehouse, he can take care of a lot with effort, or people are never gonna leave him alone.

$300 billion to fight AIDS? That would go a loooooong way. That's probably a lot more than what gets spent on it even in the developed world, where AIDS patients can pay for their medicine. Maybe we should press for that instead! Oh well, glad to know the messages really will reach the President, and now I can use it on other issues too!

Hey socrates, I just called that number and it's really the white house. I spoke to an operater and she said you can leave a message and it will definately be delivered to the pres. Then she asked what my message was and I said that bush shoud give $300 billion to global AIDS, but I meant to say 3 billion, oops! guess i'll call back tomorrow.

Is this just a white house number, or one that would have a real chance of reaching the President?
