Well, I was reading the Dallas Morning News this morning and came across a nice little story all the online anti-war people should be proud of:

Rep. Charles Rangel, D-NY, is trying to pass legislation that would require us to have another draft - for the war in Iraq.

Of course, you can't really do anything to stop this, except maybe flee to Canada or go to prison.

But this socialist Congressman is also a Vietnam veteran - and he wants to subject our young people to another Vietnam-type of genocide?

Bush, according to the article, said he isn't for a draft.

Then again, he said he was for limited government during his 2000 presidential campaign.

Just be on the lookout, people.

Dammit Joey, get it right: http://www.truthout.org/docs_02/12.31B.rangel.draft.htm

He's not a socialist and he doesn't really support the draft. He voted against the war. It's a political move to call attention to who is really goign to be fighting and dying. As in, not the sons and daughters of these chicken-hawks.
