Jesus was all about love and peace. Therefore, he was a hippie. Im not Jesus bashing here.
As a once very religious Lutheran turned... well I havent figured that out yet but it doesnt really matter- I find that my biggest gripe with Christians is that they get too caught up in all the rules of Christianity and forget that Jesus' fundamental message was love, just love.

Think about it...
Christianity preaches that you will recieve an eternal afterlife, if you will just give up your selfish ways and do what is good for all men.
Communism preaches that you will recieve a wonderful life, if you will just give up your selfish ways and do what is good for all men.
If you swap god, and the state, and put the afterlife here on earth communism is christianity is communism.
