I feel very strongly about breast cancer and cervical cancer because so many women die of these cancers and even some men die from breast cancer. I feel very strongley about cervical cancer because my grandmother had it and she could of died from it but it was treated in time but she might have it back. And i want to speak out about it and that just because those cancers effect women dose not mean that we should not pay attention to how serious they are and can be. frown

Sorry about that! I had my great grandmother die from cervical cancer and honestly that is was the worst experience faced until now! And I am 17 right now at the moment I was 9! Recently, a girl I knew and was a neighbor of mine for a very long time was diagnosed with ovarian cancer & she is only in 89th grade now. I feel terrible for her, she was crying like every night wishing she could have hair so she could look pretty for 8th grade graduation.

I try to give donations and show support but sometimes donations aren't enough and we need more alternative to actually help find a cure.

Something that you can do that I am doing is ask your family/friends to save change. Its a good way to help out ask everyone that you know make a goal keep it and then send you money into St. Jude.

My grandma died of colon cancer and other cancers, my aunt's husband died of cancer in his leg and other cancers. Both of my Grandfathers have prostate cancer. I don't know what we can do about it though. It makes me really sad to watch the St. Judes advertisements and see all the children with cancer. But, i don't know what I can do as a teen.
