Cool. English is a very diverse language...reason it's one of my favorites. Yeah, pants are a very important invention. I need not see a guy's dick through straw skirts.

quote: Hurray for the mongals! Creators of hurray and pants!
I'm tempted to put that in my signature, lol. But then again, I'm not sure the creation of pants was really good for the world.

a whole lot of things exist in the world today as commonplace because the mongals made them standard when they conqured the world. Pants are one such thing before the mongols everyone wore tunics. Postal Systems are another example and so is freedom of religion if your intrested read the book "Ghengis Khan and the making of the modern world" It's a great read

If French isn't a real language then the English Americans speak should become illegal. It sucks as a language, god knows I hate its sound, but it is a language that English got quite a few words from.

yeah I can understand that, Most people don't seem to understand that not only are arabs not all muslims the extremists who attacked us are pretty much general outcasts from society over there. and Kate that sounds like a personal problem to me, I recommend dropping french for a real language, like german or arabic for example.

Amp, I guess it's more Muslim hating whores but since so many Americans seem to think that Arabs and Muslims are the same thing, the distinction kind of spread to include everyone. When I hear French, I think toast. *shrugs*

really? I never thought that there was a real hatred of arabs here. though I wonder what people from the US has sterotypes about when it comes to other nations. I try to keep an open mind but when ever somebody mentions france I instantly think of snotty, rude as hell, rich people eating bugs and amphibian legs and speaking in the worlds most annoying accent

I think "Arab hating whores" sums it up pretty nicely.

I think of a huge Burger King, with an obese man in an over-sized basketball jersey drinking from a super-sized pop can walking in front of it. I also think of big SUVs driving up every street corner, and a little, old man with jean overalls and chewing on a piece of wheat rocking in a wicker chair. Hmm... then in the background, I also think of that infamous Hollywood sign, and the massive homes of the O.C. Shake in a smidge of smog and a twiddle of a "Rawchesta" accent, and yep, that about sums it up. But, I mean America has so many things associated with it, it's hard to whittle them down to just a few. So those are the ones that just sprung in to my mind.
