I don't have this problem in the area I live in, but I went trick-or-treating with my friend in her neighborhood, and her parents had to "inspect" our candy to make sure that there weren't narcotics in them first. It's not even safe in some places to go alone! Isn't that just disgusting?? Why would people do things like that...

I wouldn't know because I've never been allowed to celebrate haloween.

Very sad, my little brothers are only allowed to go trick or treating in our neighborhood because my mom knows most of the people. When my mom was little there were people in some neighborhoods that used to put household poisons in the candies they handed out, and someone even went as far as putting little blades in apples. Sick people out there.

that is plain disgusting in my veiw. i know there are sick people out there, but to put narcotics into halloween candy? that is just wrong. i mean there are small shildren out there

in the movie Bowling for Columbine it says(and i guess its true) that only 2 peaple have ever been poisoned by haloween candy, an that was on purpose, by their own relatives
