France did support in being the first to know about the German's Engima hardware (in early 1930s). To clarify, Germans were the ones who invented this code and used it. Russia / Switzerland are not correct. hint: the country what I am talking about was handed over to USSR rule after WW2 and were invaded by Germans just before/starting WW2

The French didn't exist as country at that point for one but you say the germans helped? okay that would not be a nation aiding in the decoding, that would be defectors. I'm thinking it's russia now. Maybe switzerland?

sorry, America is not the correct answer (unless, you could prove me wrong by providing me with a website). I was thinking about the original engima machine - by Germans. Sadly, the country who helped decode Engima was not officially credited by English, Americans, and French until a few years ago.

I was thinking America, but then decided that that would be far too obvious. Darn. Amp I highly doubt that anyone has any idea, but I could be wrong. . .

Yeah, sorry I ment biter. Times up. The answer is Adolph Hitler. He was called this because he was known to throw violent tantrums where he would throw himself on the floor and start chewing on the carpet. If anyone was cought using that name, they could be exicuted for it, but yet it stuck.
