what i find funny about people saying eating meat is murder and all that jazz is that if you put them in a situation of starvation where they could either eat a nice big juicy steak or starve to death 99.9% of them would not have the discipline to turn the steak down. I bet on my life new world hippie would be part of the 99.9% too.

That's why I eat organic beef. The cow lived a natural, healthy life before it was made into food. And that's how all forms of food should live. I highly recommend getting a farm-share if you haven't already. Organic vegetables in the summer, spring and fall, organic beef in the winter.
And personally, I like liver.

Eat what you want...personally im a rib (BBQ) guy, but seriusly I dont care if your a vegitarian or not, just as long as you eat.

I don't find it to be murder, if you do so, there'll be plenty of murders everywhere. This would include carnivorous animals hunting other kinds. It's all part of the food chain, animals feed on others for survival. Either eat or be eaten. We humans are also animals too, we hunt to survival and made it all the way on the top of the list. You don't enjoy comsuming meat, that's fine with me, but please don't make a big deal out of how bad it is for us meat lovers.

I am with Bushsupporter. I love meat. I like pepper steak medium-rare. Theres juice all over the plat and when I start eating I get the blood all over my face and napkin, I also love turkey legs - their juice drips all ove rmy hand and the floor - delicious.

Please try not to be so dumb. Would you eat meat if it were hunted? We are a part of the food chain, so if we hunted our meat would that be OK. Would you like us to live in caves and grunt and wear loincloths. I bet you would, you seem to hate progress. The fact is, we aren't rounded up for consumption. You can use the "how would you like it if..." argument when it is possible that it could happen, i.e., "How would you like it if someone called you a mean name?" That works because it can happen, it is possible. It is not possible for us to be rounded up and have "our meat sold for consumption." You argument is illogical and stupid.

I LOVE prime rib, RARE, with juices flowing all over my plate, but I like ANY type of meat that I can eat. Meat is my life.

I try not to relate to what I'm eating. You say you don't eat beef. So that leaves fruits, vegetables, and other non-animal products, right? So how'd you feel if you were sitting there nice and happy and someone comes and yanks you off your stalk or out of the ground, throws you into a pot to cook, and eats you as a side dish? Well, if that doesn't work for you, then let me ask you this: what would you have us all do, give up our protein to eat fruits and plants? We'd all wither and die within a few months. Personally, I'll never give up a nice, juicy 2/3 pounder burger simply because someone yells "animal rights." Why else are they there? Not to sound inhumane, but most animals we eat are bred only for us to eat.

I hate most seafood, tacos and oh yeah cheesburger pizza. Thats a good place for beef.
