S.U.V's are great. I love that they suck up tons of gas because I can afford it. It makes me even happier though that when I pull up next to one of you looney libs at a stoplight you will get pissed off. I have heard that SUVs are safer. However, they are very practical for most families. God, I can't believe FML and BS are making this into an anti-liberal thread.

SUV's are good for safety. Now, I suppose I wouldn't have one if I couldn't afford the gas for it, but if one can than one should own an SUV. Don't you love how all of the news stories start with "SUV involved in a deadly crash..." or "SUV ran into lake, killing driver..." Does the SUV have a mind of it's own or something? It is a clear example of media bias. It would never read "hybrid involved in deadly crash..."

It's a "z" pronounced like any other damn "z". Unfortunately in English "z" and "s" sound the same. It's the same thing as the "ж", "з", and "c" sound similar whilst they're of different pronounciation.

The sound described by you is pure BS. Whether one makes such sound or not depends on where you're from. Then the accent is different. Not everyone in Spain, or any other Spanish speaking country, sounds the same.

Also, unless you have heard any of us YN Spanish speakers speak in English, you need not make fun of our speaking it. I'm very likely to be more pedant than you are whilst speaking it and clearly have a better grammer and spelling.

SUVs are unsafe. Their role over rate is terrible. And gas shouldn't be about affording it, that's just wasteful! Everyone should be concious about how much gas they are wasting. it's not good for the planet and it won't last forever.

It doesn't make me mad to see someone drive an SUV next to me. i prefer small cars such as my sister's ford escort. It's one thing if ytou need an SUV. It's another matter if you don't carry things around and drive alone yet have an SUV.
