i believe animal cruelty is wrong. i always put myself in the shoes of an animal. some people by animals without having the proper training to take care of it. animals to me are like humans they have feelings and they have care for their family. animals is the main part to the development of man. if we get together we can keep our little friend safe. would you want to be a victim of animal cruelty. think about it next time you pass u a hungry cat or dog just think about it. i know you're thinking thats dangerous but follow your heart. i feed the cats and dogs the i see barking and meowing for food. even though i cant have any animals i still feed my cat. her name is sarh when i first move to my house she followed me. i fed her and have been taking care of her. animal cruelty is wrong how does a starving cat make you feel ,it makes me feel pretty bad

There are hungry cats and dogs because people who are against "animal cruelty" don't fix them, and there are too many to take care of, so they leave them in boxes on the side of the road.

If I had food, and a starving cat or dog with rabies approached me, they are S.O.L. Sorry.

In any other situation, I'd just call animal control.
