I couldn't agree more. But there will always be people like that. At least they don't flaunt wealth by owning people any more.

There are others ways to 'flaunt your wealth'. I do come from a wealthy family (funeral homes are a very well off business), but showing off that your wealthy is disgusting and inconsiderate. Especailly when it involves fur.

People wear fur for two reasons: it's expensive and they want to flaunt their wealth, or they want to annoy anti-fur activists.

cloth and plastic. Oh, except, I will admit I think my riding boots are made of leather, they kind of have to be. But that's it. I will find some boots made from a cow that died of natural causes next time I buy boots! Ok, to be honest, I am fine people living a hundred, even fifty years ago wearing fur. They needed to. It's the most logical thing to do. Fur kept people warm enough to survive, and it was easy to shoot an animal and use it's hide to keep yourself warm. But today, we really don't need to wear fur. It will always, I don't care what you do with it, look better on the animal than it will on you. and cotton and wool is easier and cheaper to get, so I don't understand why people still wear fur. For fashion? In my opinion, I am disgusted when I see some one wearing fur. So if it may disgust many people, and no one woild be disusted if they wore cotton, why do people wear it?

couldn't even watch twenty seconds of this before closing it. I'm against fur 100%, but ugh that was a little graphic for me
