thanks for the spelling slew and I'm not totally against vegetarianism in general if you eat the right animal by products (ex: eggs) it can be a very healthy diet veganism or no animal by-products what-so-ever is what can be unhealthy for you.

Some people thrive on diffrent diets but really protein and the amino acids with protein are required to be as healthy as possible you can be healthy as a vegan but for max health you need to get your balance of foods.

Yup some people can not digest meat and in that case vegitarianism is fine but if you can eat meat and don't your being an idiot if you can't meat from health issues like you or freed well that's fine eat some high protein by-products of critters like eggs for example.

No, I'm not vegan. Does almost puking while eating meat count as a health reason? Heh.

I'm reccomending the best course of action not the only course yes it is possible to be a healthy vegitarian but if your a vegan (as in no animal by products) it is close to impossible your not vegan right GL? Also some people are for health reasons vegitarians and thats okay.

It is possible to be a healthy vegetarian, it jsut takes alot of work. It is definitally not impossible. "You learn about equality in the classroom but you find out about it in life" - Campus Confidential www.myspace.com/yogore

Hm, I guess that explains why I'm such a health wreck. Sorry, amp, I'm not changing my diet unless its cutting out the extra sugar in my diet, which I'm working on. I'm a vegetarian, and you aren't changing that. Sorry if this double-posts. There was a trigger word in my last post. Dunno what it was.

Those can only help and nuts and other meat replacements are poor subsatutes the best way to keep your body at 100% is Lotsa Veggies, Lotsa fruits, a good amount of meat, some dairy, some bread products, healthy fats and as little sugar as possible.
