Or, why not just avoid shoppping bags. I know of several stores, in my area, that provide shopping carts for the customers, but do not use shopping bags of any kind.

Honestly, lol, neither really is a good choice. Obviously paper is killing trees but plastics are very difficult to decompose. But of the two PAPER is probably the better choice because it can actually decompose; however, plastics take at least thousands of year to decompose.

Which one would you choose to use for your environment? Paper or Plastic!!! It would be very hard to decide. Because on one hand you have plastic,wich can be bad and good at the same time.plastic can hurt animals,are slow at decomposing.But for the paper it's kinda just like plastic.Paper is used from trees.So which one would i use plastic. Why? I am responsible enough to use,recyle it,and keep it off roadsides!!! I love making my world better for the futer!!!
