Whoops. I just realized after typing this that I focused only on polar ice melting. I hope it can be helpful, tho. The ice age fluctuations as natural: I have doubts on that. Going by archeaeological stuff, there was really only one that happened (I think) that they found. But I haven't heard as much on that as I have on the world flooding/not flooding from global warming, so I don't really know.
Mostly, I have a few thories about it, such as the "ice melting in the glass of water" thing (how the water level stays the same), but that may be oversimplifying it. The most common opinions seem to be that either the ice will melt and flood lots of places out or it will melt and very little will happen.
Then there is the idea that all that cold water will change climates, for example, England is warm because of warm ocean currents flowing by it and that may change. Maybe the change will only be temporary, but maybe it will trigger something major. Maybe it is the warming that will trigger ice age, maybe it is a fluke from unusual heat or something. Then, one could say it is the actions of God. I'll leave that up to you.
Aside from that, something I heard once on the boards here is that you have to wait at least 45 minutes before getting restless about replies. People often simply don't see the board or they have one already on the topic. Someone would certainly cuss at you about patience. I'm telling you now to ward them off.
They aren't very kind to those who are "newbies."
