It's time to clean up our act.

Litter, pollution, fishing and human traffic have jeopardized the health of coasts and waterways around the world. It's high time to take responsibility and steer away from ecological disaster. Get started on Saturday, September 18th in celebration of Global Coastal Clean Up Day. Check out the Ocean Conservancy at www.coastalcleanup.org to find out how you can help clean up a coast, creek or river near you. Take action on behalf of some of the planet's most beautiful and vulnerable ecosystems. Make waves.

Live near San Francisco? Join YN at the beach!
YouthNOISE will partner with the California Coastal Commission to manage clean up teams at one of the most beautiful places on the planet: San Francisco's Ocean Beach on the Great Highway.

You won't want to miss it. Good work and good fun promise to intermingle in the intertidal zone. The Mayor will be there. And an awesome DJ. For more information, email cleanup@youthnoisemail.com.
