We need any and all NOISEmaker feedback about where November's funds should be donated. Think Thanksgiving. Think gratitude. Think servitude.

I think it should go to help the homeless. Ever since I saw homeless people in New York's Time Square I've wanted to help them. I think giving the money to a shelter or soup kitchen would be a great way to spend it.

Hey, I agree w/ the abused/battered women shelters... V-Day, Violence Against Women Day, is Februaruy 14 and I think that would be a good idea. RAINN or RAWA maybe?? Or the Amnesty International program against the violence?

I am knew hre but I feel the funds should be sent to shelters for abused and battered women and children

Habitat for Humanity, something to do with Darfur genocide, AIDS (or other) medecine...

YOUTH NOISE has J1C campaigns each month to donate funds for a worthy cause. January's J1C should be up sometime next week.

Usually, the way it works is when you get to the J1C page (which will be featured on homepage) you click the button for that cause.

Everytime you click, YN will donate a designated amount of funds to that cause up to a certain limit.

If the limit is set as $1,000, each click would equal $.01 and it would take 100,000 clicks to reach that goal.

Be on the lookout for more details coming soon.

I feel kinda silly, but what exactly is Just 1 Click? I just joined yesturday, could someone just explain it please? Anyway I think a good cause for any kind of charity would be HIV/AIDS research, prevention, and teatment. But again I dunno how this works so I dunno if I can comment.
