No, there are several. But, one that's sorta YN-related is http://www.studentsagainsthunger.org. It's a youth-oriented hunger/homelessness force. It's worth taking a look at.

I suppose if this is started soon, funds could go to http://www.thebreastcancersite.com for Breast Cancer research. (October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.) Or, http://www.thehungersite.com has a place where you can donate to the Pakistan Earthquake funds. Also, http://www.wfp.org is the UN's World Food Programme designed to help fight hunger and poverty. Which is a good Thanksgiving-y theme. Whatever the organization is, a monthly J1C campaign is a fantastic idea.
