How many of you can honestly say you've never felt angry enough to do something on the spur of the moment? That is why we cannot have global peace.
Define peace. I view peace as no major violent conflicts. If your attitude is if I ever get angry at someone then we can't have world peace then we need to have some serious re-evulation of what peace is. For example, I view your post as violence rhetoric and this discourse will mean we can never has peace. The view that violence will happen promotes violence. If people would stop thinking apathy was cool and most people were outraged by any wars or conflicts there would be a lot less violent acts. -------- FreeCulture.org an international student movement for Free Speech, Free Software, and Free Culture

Only simple and quiet words will ripen of themselves. For a whirlwind does not last a whole morning, nor does a sudden shower last the entire day.

I really don't see how bicycles pilgrimages will stop conflict. And for everyone who just used the dumb excuse of its human nature, stop it. The fact that you say peace is impossible makes it impossible. -------- FreeCulture.org an international student movement for Free Speech, Free Software, and Free Culture

Jamaica, there will never be world peace. It's human nature.

i think global peace IS POSSIBLE.. if only peole would be open to global peace.... these days, people only think of themselves instead of trying to be united and be one for peace.... I mean, really.... Before, the world was only one big giant mass of land and earth and before the continental drift and ice glaciers and stuff, we were all in the same land so i just think that if people would just pay attention and be optimistic instead of just doing nothing good for our world and just sit there and watch the time go by, then global peace is possible.

I think global peace is impossible. Human nature totally defeats it.
