My dog was poisoned by someone, i just cant let the person walk away from murdering my dog, what action can i take againsst this person.

Sue him make a bit of money off him.
If its not too late have an autopsy done on the dog and find out exactly what chemicals were used and then seeing as the mans a doctor you could link those chemicals to him.
Hopefully for you he didnt use OTC poisons. Hopefully a poison that only doctors can get there hands on was used.

isnt it proof enough that the man said it himself, that he was going to poison the dog, and he is a doctor, so he has access to all medicines which are supposed to be healing patients not killing innocent dogs
