The pope behind bullet proof glass. Thats faith in action.

Bauhaus, are you suggesting that if the pope had God's support he would not need bullet proof glass? There is a story in the bible where Satan asks Jesus to jump off of a tall building and says "if you are the son of God surely he will send angels to break your fall". Jesus responds by saying that we are not to test God's power or require miracles in order to believe in him. So, although I disagree with catholicism and Popery I think that it would be wrong for the pope to say "okay God, I'm taking down the glass, if you really want me to live please stop the bullets that the protestants, muslim extremists, and illuminati henchmen are sure to fire at me please".

I don't know what any of your beliefs are. I think that there is a plan for all of us, not that we can't change the little things, but if we don't die in freak accidents such as that I believe that there is a purpose.

The Pope got shot, yes, but is he dead?How can you say he's not on God's side? God isn't there to stop every good person from dying, and if he was the world would be extremely over populated.

That doesn't necessarily mean that the Pope isn't "on gods side." There is a difference between being wise or sometimes just stupid.
