"I know of no safe repository of the ultimate power of society but the people. And if we think them not enlightened enough, the remedy is not to take power from them, but to inform them by education." Thomas Jefferson
I am a Christian. I feel that it is right for me, because everything that I have been through in my life has pointed me back to him and his mercy, grace, and above all, his never ending love. -Tabb
Kindness is a voice that the deaf can hear. -Blessings
I am a Christian. I guess I am one because that is how I grew up. I have never known anything else and this is not what I believe as well. I guess if I hadn't grown up Christian eventually I would become one in the long run because there are just so many proven things about it. I am very curious as to what some of these other religions are though because I have never heard of most of them. (small town girl where practically the whole town is Catholic...I'm not but pretty much everyone else is).
No religon, though I do have my own sets of beliefs. People usually catagorize me as a "Dark Pagan." Stupid new-agey term, but if that's what you want to use, by all means, condemn yourself.
None of us can ever be free while others are still in chains. -Leslie Feinberg
I used to term myself an "agnostic deist", but now I'm just a deist. I have little doubt that there was once, and maybe still is, a god, but I don't believe it really cares about us and our petty religions.
My religion is Christianity. The reason I know it's right for me is because it's much more than just my faith, it's my life. I live, breathe, and do it. I don't shove it in people's faces. I just live it.
