Why must everyone obsess about spelling and grammar? You can understand what LDG is saying, right? Talk about nitpicking... I don't need a pledge to love my country. Heck, the pledge is more about the flag than the United States itself. I'm not going to pledge myself to a piece of cloth.

I would also add grammar and punctuation. Sometimes I have no idea what people are saying, because thier sentences make no sense. And I particularly enjoy it when people ask why I haven't responded to a question, when they haven't actually asked one.

Spelling matters a lot, friend. That's all I have to say to someone like you, Drummer Lady.

Even if you are intelligent, if you don't spell correctly, you give everyone else the impression that you are not intelligent. If nobody thinks you are intelligent, they won't listen to you.

But you had to be taught spelling or grammar at some point in your life.

First of all, how old are you? Because pledge doesn't have an 'a' in it. And god doesn't exist anyway, so nobody cares.

When you say the pleadge you are saying that you will protect the flag no matter what in war and all that to protect freedom and with that being said we should not even need a draft and under God is pointless but still there

Pepsi does suck but think about this if pop can't get the pleadge right what makes it important anymore? Some people have lost sight of the meaning of the pleadge. At school they say it because they have to and others don't even take time to do that.

Not Pepsi. Dr Pepper. And it's not even on the market anymore. It was a limited edition in 2001-2002.
