I was wondering, how many people out there have actually found one of these laying around?

Basically they're fundamentalist Christian comics used as propaganda to witness to others. They denounce homosexuality (which is nothing out of the ordinary), BUT, they also say the Earth is only 6000 years old, people who believe in evolution go to hell, and that Catholics worship the Devil.

I hate them. Do you?

I think handing these out would be more propaganda against Christianity.

Since I'm not of a fundamentalist church, I never saw any of these until about the end of last year's school year (back in April or May). My best friend goes to a "crazy Baptist church" and had some because she was supposed to pass them out.

I was furious about what they said. Those things are ridiculous and yet another thing that ends up giving Christians a bad name.

Yea, I hate them, but I was reading them earlier today..I can't help it, they kind of make me laugh. One mentioned Halloween was Satan's birthday.

I guess that site is right, chick tracts do GET READ, but for the wrong reasons lol.

They are just so corny as well. And all the footnotes just add to the absurdity.

They also condemn Muslims for believing in a "different" god.

My grandparents have a whole stack of these things. I used to read them because they were funny. The blatant lies in them are just hilarious.

Catholics are Christians. They worship the same God, they believe the same Jesus was the same son of God who died for the same people. I don't understand how Christians can denounce their won religions.
